Comments:
Mark Hudson's Los Angeles recording studio >
"Impossible" was written at Mark Hudson's Los Angeles recording studio, "Whatinthewhathe?".

Mark and I started the song in the morning and finished it later that day with additional input from Marie.

Following the 1999 release of her album, "Real Life", Marie toured with my former partner Bryan Adams. She continues to enjoy success in her native Australia.
Lyrics:

  Marie Wilson
Another lonely night and I'm still feeling like
There's something deep inside I can't explain
We always look for love and keep on dreaming of
A feeling that's forever and a day, after day
Everybody's looking for a way, anyway
And I don't wanna hear

It's impossible
Don't say it doesn't matter
Impossible
It's hard sometimes to know just what to do
But it's true
Things are never what they seem
Cause nothing is impossible to me

And if your heart should break
It's more than I could take
I promise I won't throw it all away
And when the road gets rough and you feel you've had enough
We'll cherish every moment everyday, after day
Everybody's looking for a way, anyway
And I don't wanna hear

It's impossible
Don't say it doesn't matter
Impossible
It's hard sometimes to know just what to do
But it's true
Things are never what they seem
Cause nothing is impossible to me

Some people gonna try to own ya
They'll push and hope that you fall
And everybody thinks they know you
But they don't know you at all

We always look for love, and keep on dreaming of
A feeling that's forever, and forever, and forever

It's impossible
Don't say it doesn't matter
Impossible
It's hard sometimes to know just what to do
But it's true
Things are never what they seem
Cause nothing is impossible to me
